Journal of Library Science in China

  Journal of Library Science in China, a journal of national importance, is jointly hosted by the China Society for Library Science and the National Library of China, under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, People's Republic of China.
  The journal provides a forum for the professionals, teachers and students in library and information study to demonstrate their results of the research and development. It includes such columns as theories and practice, development and modernization, research and exchange, information and news, etc. The "theories and practice", which emphasizes the combination of theories and practice, is the most important column. The journal is well-known because it carries articles reflecting the top level of library and information study in China, and being cited and reprinted by other journals. It is recognized as one of the core national journals, and is included in a number of international directories and indexes, such as Ulrich's International Periodicals Directory, Library Literature and New Serial Titles.
  The journal welcomes papers from librarians and professionals at home and abroad. It also offers advertisement and subscription.
