Chinese and Foreign Web-Sites of Laws and Regulations

  Covers a total of 234 web-sites including 88 Chinese sites and 146 foreign sites.
The Chinese sites can be divided into the national sites and regional sites. The national sites contain the national laws and regulations, some of which appear in English version. The regional sites arranged by the geographical areas, contain the local laws and regulations issued by the legislatures of the provinces, autonomous regions, and the municipalities directly under the Central Government.
The foreign sites comprise of three sections:
  1. The general laws and regulations section covers legal documents, legal sources, the OPAC and legal discussions,
  2. Laws and regulations section arranged by individual countries,
  3. The international laws section covers treaties and agreements signed by mutual, multi-national or inter-governmental organizations.
