On June 17th, Dorri Najafabadi, Iranian Procurator General, visited National Library of China, accompanied by Javad Mansouri, an ambassador of the Iranian Embassy in China. Zhang Yuhui, NLC deputy director interviewed the guests.

Zhang Yuhui, NLC deputy director, showed great welcome for the guests, and then introduced the history and collections of National Library of China, especially the library collections in Persian. After the introduction of Zhang Yuhui, Dorri Najafabadi showed that both China and Iran are ancient civilization countries with a long history, and that we should develop cooperation in many more fields. Zhang Yuhui, NLC deputy director, agreed with his ideas. After the interview, the guests visited the Persian literature of the library collections, and then visited the Library accompanied by Wang Yan, deputy director of International Cooperation Division.
