On April 15th, a conference organized by General Affairs Department was held in the building site of NLC Phase II, which summarized the work since NLC Phase II completion campaign was started. Zhang Yuhui, deputy director of National Library of China, attended the conference, which was hosted by Li Changming, director of NLC General Affairs Department.

In the conference, the principals of the construction units reported their work progress respectively. Up to April 15th, interior decoration of NLC Phase II has just been completed, and the destined target of completion campaign has been basically finished.

In his speech, Li Changming expected that all of the construction units keep up their vigorous fighting strength, and do well both system debugging and outdoor projects according to the schedule. Zhang Yuhui expressed his thanks for the efforts paid by the construction units on behalf of National Library of China. He hoped that everyone works hard and contributes to the completion of NLC Phase II. The conference also deployed the operation in the next stage.
