The 3rd International Scholarly Roads Shows & International Journal Forum of National Library of China, sponsored by National Library of China and China Educational Publications Import & Export Corporation, was held in National Library of China from March 26th to March 29th. It was an important part of the series of International Journal Forum of National Library of China.

10 lectures were made by experts and scholars home and abroad in the forum, including Open Access and the Future of Libraries, The Management and Services of Open Access Resources, Library Resources Development and Integration, and so on. More than 180 delegates from library field and publishing field attended the forum. Chen Li, deputy director of National Library of China, made a lecture named "Open Access and the Future of Libraries".

More than 1000 titles of foreign core journals from 62 famous publishers of 12 countries were exhibited in the 3rd International Scholarly Roads Shows. In addition to exhibiting print journals, the 3rd International Scholarly Roads Shows also provided more than 700 titles of online core journals (http://journalfair.cepiec.com.cn), whose full-texts will be on trail for free use for 3 months from March 20th to June 20th.
