In the morning of March 18th, 2008, a 25-person delegation, led by the deputy director of Russian State Library, visited National Library of China. It was the second time that the delegation visited National Library of China. Zhang Yafang, deputy director of National Library of China, interviewed the guests. The following members introduced the related situations to the delegation during the interview, including Wang Zhigeng, director of Digital Resource and Service Department, Gao Hong, acting director of Foreign Language Acquisitions & Cataloguing Department, and Gan Di, section leader of Network System Management Section, Computer and Network System Department. The Russian delegation was very satisfied with the interview, and hoped to strengthen the exchange and cooperation in library field between the two countries. After the interview, the guests, led by Yan Xiangdong, director of International Cooperation Division, visited the main reading rooms and Rare Books Restoration Section, NLC Library of Ancient Books.
